This is the beginning of my new technical journal. I am using this journal for recording my return voyage to my professional career. The voyage had started not long after my last travel to Japan, but this time I am brave enough to sit down for such a serious article.

I left my last I.T. employer, Red Hat, in mid 2010 and joined a mainly government owned logistics company as a relief of my mortgage burden. Because of late work hours caused turbulent impact to the body clock, I had often been in jet lag during weekdays. It became worse when I was addicted to computer games which occupied my precious mind sharp periods which I was supposed to brush my tech rust and move on to my next I.T. destination. At the time I write this page of the journal, I had not played such game for almost 2 months: I decided not to play that before I have found a better job. Guess the addiction power is not feelable at the moment and looks optimistic.

The absence of gaming returned me certain spare time so I recycled that in order to recover my brawn from more and better sleep. Though there are many more items have to be taken care of such as nutrient intake, physical exercises, time management, relationships and so on; everything towards to the positive directions. Especially I can be more passionate on learning and practicing technical skills now. My priority on the technical missions are regaining my previous abilities — Python and Linux — with improvements by applications to embedded systems. I have composed a list of prospective projects and look forward to be active on Github and Gitlab.

At the same time I have to bring job seeking activities as daily tasks from now on. I know it is difficult to be hired initially with insufficient readiness for a tech position. Standardized procedures on job applications allow me to save time and be efficient on personal improvements.
