- Cannot create a copy of rune page from 5 templates or existing pages.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- v 7.22 (Windows).

How reproducible:
- Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch client.
2. Click Collection.
3. Click Runes.
4. Right click on the templates or existing rune pages.
5. Observe the first result.
6. Click on the templates or existing rune pages.
7. Right click on the name of the rune page or look for a “make a copy” icon.
8. Observe the second result.

Actual results:
- Nothing happened.

Expected results:
1. A menu item pops up for creation a copy of the current rune page.
2. A menu item pops up for creation a copy of the current rune page, or a “make a copy” icon is available.
