Testing Daily: Oversized clickable area of top buttons (League of Legends)

​Description of problem:
- When I want to move the client window, I often mis-clicked on the buttons and went to certain pages.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- v7.22 Windows.

How reproducible:
- Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch client.
2. Click any buttons on the top once, such as Store.
3. Hover cursor to the top of the window.
4. Left-click and drag around.
5. Observe the results.

Actual results:
- The buttons on the top have oversized hitbox (clickable area), which jump to the pages for such tabs.

Expected results:
- The top are, like the top bar of GUI windows, used for drag the location of the window. The hitbox of the buttons are not covering to the top edge of the client window.

Additional info:
- I suggest to have the buttons redesigned with noticible hitbox edges.
